David Gordon
David joined the firm in January 2010 after working at another Las Vegas law firm where he worked in general litigation. David primarily practices in the areas of commercial collections and general liability for the defense of property owners and construction defect litigation. In December 2010, David was a presenter for a collection law continued legal education course where David instructed other attorneys on the process of collecting a judgment. David has been recognized by his peers in the Nevada Business Journal as one of Nevada’s Legal Elite.
David was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended Cornell University where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Shortly thereafter, he attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ William S. Boyd School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, David externed at the National Labor Relations Board and served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association.
David enjoys spending time with his friends and family, playing softball, and enjoying the Las Vegas sunshine.
David is licensed to practice law in Nevada and New York.
Representative case experience includes: Successfully limiting a client’s damages to $300.00 from an initial demand of $280,000.00 in a personal injury case in Darrell Murrel v. Rent A Wheel, Case No. A618853 (Dept. 31, Las Vegas Nev. 2011).
