Diane Lee
After spending stints at other construction defect firms, Diane Lee joined Luh & Associates in early 2003. Diane was born in Taipei, Taiwan. In 1980, Diane moved to the United States with her family, settling in San Marcos, California.
Diane graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, San Diego, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1994. She then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While attending law school, Diane held several leadership positions including Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review.
While Diane was earning her law degree, she spent a summer working as a law clerk for Judge Stephen C. Gerard II of Iowa District Court. During law school, Diane also served as a student legal intern in the University of Iowa College of Law Legal Clinic, primarily representing clients incarcerated in the Iowa prison system.
Diane is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada. Diane has also been ranked by her peers in the Nevada Business Journal as one of Nevada’s Top Rank Attorneys (formerly known as Nevada’s Legal Elite). Diane is married and the proud mother of two very energetic boys.
